IFCA is the exclusive bargaining agent on behalf of its Regular Members, who are interior finish contractors, with the following unions:

Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters; and
District Council No. 21 Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades (I.U.P.A.T. District Council No. 21").

The Furniture Handlers & Installers Association and Laborers' District Council, divisions of IFCA, maintain separate collective bargaining agreements.
